Becoming a stockist

To be considered as a retailer please complete our wholesale application form and we'll be in touch asap with a passcode that allows access to our wholesale online shop.

As we continue to grow and build our brand, we recognise the importance of our retailers and appreciate your interest in V.Happy Co. We are committed to producing high quality, unique products that will complement a variety of retailers.

Pre-orders & out of stock

Some products will be available for pre-order or may be out of stock. We can provide you a lead time via direct communication with us. If your order contains pre-ordered and or out of stock items, your order will be shipped in full when the items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please email hello@vhappyco.com  to enquire about pre-order and out of stock product and / or split orders.  

Display & packaging

All V. Happy Co products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. If you are selling V.Happy Co products online, credit must be given to V.Happy Co in the product description. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging. 

Ordering & payment:

Payments for orders are required to be made via the Stripe purchasing platform which currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal . You can by way of arrangement make payment via direct account credit.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email (hello@vhappyco.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations or changes after 24 hours of receipt will not be processed. In the unlikely event that you receive defective items, these may be exchanged for replacement product or a credit. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and it its original packaging.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio in Melbourne, Australia. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via Australia Post. Please let us know if you'd like to request special shipping arrangements and we will endeavour to assist if practical. Invoices are sent via email at the time of shipment. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your final invoice. Goods will only be shipped upon receipt of full payment. Whilst we aim to ensure your package reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please note we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third-party courier company.

Turnaround time

Our business is new and you will be amongst the first to stock our brand. All wholesale orders will gain direct communication, within 48hrs, with respect to the fulfilment of your order.

Terms

Wholesaler customers must agree to our Terms for approval and we reserve the right to discontinue sales to stores who fail to comply.
